Precious wood plantations are excellent long term investments. Young plantations or those just planted will take a minimum of 20 years to produce income. In the case of the plantations we offer income, in most cases, available within a few years as the trees are maturing and will be ready for harvest and then replant. The best plantations contain several different types of trees so income is derived at various periods due to different maturation times; this also is insurance against disease and pests. We offer small plantations of 5 to 10 acres as well as large plantations consisting of hundreds of acres.
